Don't you just love self evaluations? You KNOW that you are doing a good job, put all of these positive things down that you do and then BAM. Shot down. You need to improve here, and here, and here. When you know 100% that you probably work harder and are more knowledgable than anyone else in the whole damn building.
Sorry. I had a boss like that once and it's still bears an open wound sometimes =) Good luck with your 8 hour hang time.
At least you'll be coming home early. It's nice not having to be home by myself til midnight.
