I would have quit!! I know that it's easier for me to say it than for it to have happened but that's just me. I hate people like that!!
Have you thought of moving to a bigger DMA market? Cleveland might not be beautyville but it's definitely higher up on the charts than Columbus. (I dabbled in media placement for a while)
You are absolutely right. This is something CV and I have discussed. If we did move, it would have to be a healthy market jump. I would be a liar if I said I have not sent resumes out. I am really waiting to see what happens in my review.
